Laundry Room Management

System Content

• Operating stations, the operating stations are connected by a network to all the washing machines and dryers in the room.
• A server communicates between the center and the stations
• An SQL Server manages the information from the stations and over the entire system.
• A server for executing on-line approvals for credit card transactions and clearing.
• An Internet server acts in coordination with the SQL Server and the communications server.
• An Internet site that allows end users to view the system activities and general reports on-line and after secure entry under a user name and password, allows the update of personal information, give orders to the various servers and view personal reports such as movement reports, balance reports, etc.
• Management software – local and/or Internet – that allows on-line monitoring of the system activities and includes receiving alerts for failures at the end user stations and repair alerts, administrative activities such as managing and controlling users and controlling parameters, financial management, customer service, management report generation, etc.
